About the Speakers

Akaanksha (AK) Sinha works as a Cybersecurity Project Manager for Products and Offering Security, IBM.  She’s Harvard University certified in managing cybersecurity for the enterprise. AK’s role at IBM enables her to drive cybersecurity initiative for 14+ shared security service offerings catering to clients internal and external to IBM.AK also has a Master’s in Information Systems with a focus on Cybersecurity from CUNY – Baruch College. AK is extremely passionate for efforts that help reduce cybersecurity skill gap & initiatives promoting and supporting Women In STEM.
Bryan Childs is a 30-year IBM mainframer & enjoys his role as Solution Offering Manager for z/OS Security, advocating differentiating technologies like Pervasive Encryption on IBM Z.  He has also helped co-create a variety of corporate citizenship activity kits & other gamified educational experiences to advocate STEM & the P-Tech program.
Mike Spisak is a Distinguished Engineer, Master Inventor, and Architect in IBM’s Security Services organization. Currently, Mike is CTO for Strategy and Innovation – focused on accelerating innovative security solutions for our clients, leveraging the IBM Garage Method. Mike is also extremely passionate about promoting science, technology, engineering, art and math to future technologists everywhere!
