Accessibility: Let’s build experiences for everyone

Overview

Each of us has a responsibility to make the world more accessible. For businesses, making products accessible means that even people beyond your target users may benefit. For educators, making lessons accessible means using different instructional methods to help the needs of the greatest number of learners. Learn from one of IBM’s accessible design experts things you can do every day to be an aware and considerate neighbor of individuals with unique abilities.

Colorblind user experience designer and accessibility advocate, Lauren Brewers, talks all things accessibility and accessible design! Accessible design matters for all of us – now more than ever.

What will I learn?

You’ll learn how accessible design came to be, why it matters, and how we can all design our teaching, learning, and living to create more accessible experiences that make the world better.

This session is great for parents, educators, high school students, and professionals alike!
