About the Speakers

Marlee Margolin leads Employee Activation on IBM’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. She brings four years of consulting experience in Digital Strategy, HR Transformation, and Employee Experience design to her role in CSR, driving the strategy for how IBMers can engage around social impact. She works closely with program leads for IBM’s hallmark CSR initiatives (Corporate Service Corps, IBM Volunteers, P-TECH, etc.) to design great experiences for participants and to increase awareness of IBM’s Smart for Good strategy across the company.
Sarah Walsh was raised in upstate New York, and graduated from Elmira College with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education, and Anthropology. She is currently serving as the program manager and founder of the IBM partnered P-TECH school Cy-Tech Magnet Academy, in Baton Rouge. Sarah is passionate about bridging the gap between education and industry to ensure all students have the skills necessary to enter any career they desire regardless of their zip code.
